Commission Terms
Ordering a commission - When you place your first payment on any commission you are therefore agreeing to the following terms.Please provide reference - Please provide sufficient reference of the character/design you wish to have created. This can be in the form of images or detailed descriptions. I will not be held responsible for any mistakes/lack of detail etc in the final product due to incorrect or missing information.Payments - All payments are done via PayPal. I will require your full email so that I may invoice you. Depending on the commission, you may choose to pay in installments. Payments will be discussed prior to starting the commission.All commissions are non refundableAll prices are negotiable and subject to change.Copyright & credit - Please do not use my art for promotional use. If you wish to use the artwork for promotional use this must be discussed beforehand and will incur an additional fee. All artwork is copyright and owned by me and is intended for personal use only. The commissioner is NOT allowed to edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use for advertising. You must not under any circumstances use my art for AI, NFTs, edit it using AI in any way.Sharing - If you wish to share the artwork, be this on social media or any other platform you must credit me appropriately. Please credit with a viable link to my Twitter. If you’re unsure please get in touch.Commission progress - Once the first payment has been paid, I will begin the commission. Depending on the commission type will determine whether you will receive regular updates on the piece. If this is a concept/design you will receive concept sketches which you can then pick and choose from to your liking. From there I will proceed to continue the work to your liking. Please note that art nearing the finishing stage cannot be majorly edited/changed so please make major adjustments towards the beginning of the design process.Creative freedom - As the creator I do reserve the right to creative freedom. I will do my best to ensure the art you request matches your standard while ensuring it stays true to my style.
